Overview
If you have a short time for your trip to Cusco, the Super Sacred Valley Tour is for you. It is special because you will know the best of the Sacred Valley valley of the Incas, and also Moray and the Salt Mines of Maras.
Early in the morning, our transport will pick you up from your hotel. The tour will start in Chinchero so, you will visit its colonial church and beautiful archaeological site.
Following the tour, you will arrive at the archaeological center of Moray and the incredible Salt Mines of Maras. Making a stop for this amazing adventure, you will have a delicious buffet lunch in Urubamba.
After lunch, the adventure will continue through the Sacred Valley with the visit to Ollantaytambo, the living Inca city. In the afternoon you will return to Cusco City making a stop to visit the Pisaq archaeological center. Finally, After an hour’s journey from Pisac, you will arrive in Cusco, where transport will leave you at your hotel.
This Super Sacred Valley Tour is known as well as the Sacred Valley VIP due to the number of places you will visit in a full-day tour.

Itinerary
SUPER SACRED VALLEY TOUR ITINERARY
Stars: 7:00 AM
CHINCHERO: BEGINNING OUR SACRED VALLEY TOUR
- Early in the morning, we will pick you up from your respective hotel to start our journey. Our first stop will be the town of Chinchero, famous for its textiles and ceramics. We will visit its colonial church, which contains important paintings dating from the 15th to the 17th century.
MARAS MORAY: “SALT MINES AND INCA LABORATORY”
- The next stop will be the circular agricultural terraces of Moray, an experimental agricultural center. We will then head to the Maras Salt Mines, which contain 200 salt ponds from which some of the best salt in the world is still extracted today.
- We will proceed to Urubamba, where we will enjoy a delicious buffet lunch at a typical restaurant, sampling the unique flavors of this region.
OLLANTAYTAMBO: “LIVING INCA CITY”
- After lunch, we will head to Ollantaytambo, known as the living Inca city, where we will visit its military fortress. We will tour this archaeological complex, built to protect the Sacred Valley from potential invaders.
- At the end of the tour, we will return to our vehicle and head towards Pisaq.
PISAQ: “BIRD-SHAPED TOWN”
- On our way back to Cusco, we will visit the archaeological site of Pisaq, located on top of a steep mountain. We will take a moderate walk through this beautiful archaeological complex, where the majestic “Inti Watana” can be found.
- Finally, we will return to Cusco, arriving at approximately 6:00 PM. Our transport will take us either to the city center or, if it is a private service, to your respective hotel.

The tour lasts approximately 12 hours. It begins early in the morning with pickup from your hotel and ends around 6:00 PM in the city of Cusco.
